Crop management software from planting to harvest

Connect field boundaries, planting details, material use, tasks and recorded harvest outcomes.

Crop records are most useful when the field, planting, materials and harvest refer to the same operation. AgriDigi lets you draw field boundaries, keep field details, select a crop from the catalogue and record a planting with its dates and expected yield. This gives later tasks and harvest records a clear starting point.

Use the field detail page to inspect the current planting and timeline instead of relying on a crop name alone. An expected harvest date is a plan; the completed harvest records the outcome. Keeping those two separate helps you compare what you intended with what was actually entered after the work.

Follow the crop through field, materials and harvest

Draw a boundary on the map and review its area. Start planting from an eligible idle or harvested field with no active planting. Choose the crop, dates and expected yield in the displayed unit. Selected inventory inputs have quantities and units that you review before confirming; confirming planting consumes those selected stock quantities.

Plan work in the calendar and connect tasks to fields, staff, equipment or inventory where appropriate. You can also adapt a shared action plan into a private program and preview its tasks for your own fields. At harvest, enter actual yield and quality with optional harvest or storage details. Review harvested stock and use the available inventory-transfer or sale workflow for the result.

Example: keep a vegetable planting traceable

  1. Create the field and draw its boundary with at least three points. Complete the outline and review the saved field details.
  2. Choose the crop and enter the planting and expected harvest dates. Check the expected-yield unit rather than copying a number without its unit.
  3. Select only the stock inputs actually intended for this planting. Review their quantities, units and available stock before confirming.
  4. Inspect the saved planting result and any task-generation message. If tasks were not generated, check the calendar when available instead of resubmitting the planting.
  5. After harvest, enter the actual outcome, inspect the harvested quantity and record its inventory destination or sale through the supported controls.

The field, stock use and harvest refer to a recorded planting. Your expected yield remains a planning value, while the harvest entry records the measured outcome you supplied.

What to review before you use this workflow

  • Saving a planting does not guarantee that requested calendar-task generation succeeded. The saved result and calendar should be checked independently.
  • Crop catalogue choices, dates, quantities and yield are user inputs, not an agronomic recommendation. A shared plan also needs review for local conditions before reuse.
  • Crop-photo analysis and satellite observation are separate workflows. They can add information to your review, but this record-keeping page does not promise diagnosis, live imagery or improved yield.

Frequently asked questions

Can I draw my own field boundary?

Yes. Place boundary points on the map, complete the polygon and review the field record. The guide describes undo, clear and completion controls.

Does planting affect inventory?

Confirming planting consumes the selected inventory inputs. Review the exact items, quantities and units first; simply creating a field does not represent material use.

Can I reuse a published crop plan?

An action-plan capsule can be adapted into a private program. Edit it for your farm, then choose fields, a start date and time zone and review the task preview before scheduling.
